Beautiful furniture, friendly staff but we had two separate deliveries and both were mis managed. First one I wanted it delivered on a certain day, but it arrived next day, they said it would rain, but no rain all day !!second delivery arrived late in the day after we said , they agreed to earliest delivery in the morning, they had put in the wrong day !! no communication with us, we rang them several times. First furniture item we discovered an error made on the docket, (which was sorted promptly) while we were sitting in the car, about to go back in but all four staff came out, locked the store, and walked elsewhere, this was about 9.45am, other customers were wanting to also go in ,we rang the number, waited at least 35 minutes for them to walk back and open the store up..coffees in hand ,very unprofessional. One staff should've been left in store to assist customers. They took ages to answer the phone when they were out of the store. Hope they get extra training in customer service. The furniture is of good quality, but feel more training is needed.

Global shipping delays

We understand that it's a frustrating time to buy new furniture - like all retailers we are experiencing supply chain and manufacturing challenges. However, we do have plenty of "in stock" ranges, please see our website, or visit your local store for more details.

Delivery fees

Homeware deliveries start from $12.95, small furniture from $59 and large furniture from $99*. These prices are subject to change at anytime.

*Deliveries that require heavy items to be taken up stairs, an additional fee may apply. We may refuse to take heavy items upstairs if it poses a safety risk to you or our delivery personnel.

The final delivery charge for your order will be calculated at the checkout. To view the overall cost of your delivery, please add all items to your shopping cart and ensure your delivery suburb and postcode are correct.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery times vary by stock availability, however for in-stock items, delivery is usually within 7 business days. To view estimated delivery time frame, please go to the product page and enter your delivery suburb and postcode.

Will I receive my order in one delivery?

If you purchase both furniture and homewares, you may receive multiple deliveries that can either come directly from our warehouse or store.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes as our products are too large. This also includes Parcel Lockers, GPO, Locker Bag and RMB addresses. Our products are delivered by courier and may require a signature upon delivery.

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not currently deliver to any locations outside of Australia.

What if I am not at my delivery address when my order arrives?

A person over the age of 18 is required to be able to accept delivery at the delivery address. If no such person is at the delivery address:

Small homeware items will be redirected to your local post office or courier distribution centre depending on the courier.
For large homeware and furniture items, you may be charged a redelivery fee.

For furniture deliveries, we will contact you prior to delivery to ensure someone over the age of 18 will be available to receive the item. If you know yourself or another person will not be available at the delivery address, please let us know.
